Heart of Gardiner

This plan illustrates how Gardiner Maine can build upon existing assets. Pedestrian friendly streets and historic character only needs new trail connections, targeted development opportunities and renovation of existing parking resources. As lead plan author, I collaborated with subconsultants, volunteer committees, and city staff to deliver a concise, clear, and graphically driven downtown plan. Download the full plan here.
