This award winning plan details how a rural community can work with state transportation agencies to build a more connected, accessible, and prosperous village center. Through detailed analysis and clear to understand graphic and section illustrations, this plan highlights how simple changes can slow down traffic and give people a place to walk and bike through this scenic and vibrant central Vermont village. I acted as lead project manager and author of this plan alongside talented engineering counterparts.
